Melanie Peltz (She/Her)
Melanie Peltz is an English teacher at Ralston High School where she sponsors numerous clubs including a poetry slam club supported by All Writes Reserved and a diversity, equity and inclusion club in partnership with Inclusive Communities. Melanie’s background includes work in entertainment as a company & road manager, in health care as an operations director, and in wellness as a group fitness instructor. Melanie is passionate about her work as an educator particularly with emerging bilingual and immigrant students, LGBTQIA2S+ students, and all the diversity that her students’ lives bring to school.
Melanie enjoys traveling with her wife to all points on the globe, cozying up in a chair in the sun with a notebook or novel, and solving all the world’s problems with her friends and family.
