J Flores (They/Them)
J Flores is the Digital Communications Manager and has been with the Abbey since 2018. They started as a Campus Ministry Barista, helping table on UNO campus and connecting students to the life and mission of the Abbey. After graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology, they began working at the Abbey full-time. As the Digital Communications Manager, J focuses on the world that reaches beyond the physical confines of the Urban Abbey itself, whether that be on Sundays running the livestream for worship, posting highlights on the UA social media, or trying their hand at web design. (And of course, they can still make a mean latte).
